V ljubljanski četrti Moste, le streljaj od centra Ljubljane, se bo kmalu pričela gradnja novega stanovanskega projekta imenovanega »Stanovanja na zelenem bregu«.  Moderna dvostanovanjska objekta sodobnega in atraktivnega izgleda v videzu dvojčka.

Mirna in sončna lokacija novogradnje se nahaja v bližini vrtca, šole, zdravstvenega doma, lekarne, trgovine, avtobusne postaje in vse ostale potrebne infrastrukture.

Na voljo bodo štiri povsem ločene stanovanjske enote v dveh samostojnih objektih, s skupnim, asfaltiranim dostopom. Pred vsakim objektom bodo za potrebe parkiranja urejeni po dve parkirni mesti. Objekt je arhitekturno sodobno zasnovan z velikimi okenskimi površinami ter fasado v svetlih odtenkih, ki bo trendovsko kombinirana iz različnih materialov.

Vsaka enota bo obsegala pritličje, nadstropje in izkoriščeno podstreho (P+N+Po) v neto obsegu cca 142,9 m2 na enoto, pri čemer bo pritličje namenjeno dnevno-bivalnim prostorom s kuhinjo in jedilnico, nadstropje in podstreha pa spalnim in kopalniškim prostorom.

V pritličju se bodo poleg velikega svetlega prostora z dnevno sobo, kuhinjo in jedilnico nahajale tudi dnevne sanitarije ter priročna shramba in predprostor. Dostop do nadstropja in podstrehe bo izveden po notranjem stopnišču, ki bo obloženo s parketom. V nadstropju se bosta v vsaki enoti nahajali dve spalnici, kopalnica s tušem ter utility, v podstrehi pa tri spalnice, kopalnica ter kurilnica.

Posebaj bi izpostavili zasteklitev v bivalnem delu, ki bo zaradi velikih steklenih, panoramskih oken in vrat, prepuščala obilico naravne dnevne svetlobe ter s tem poskrbela za visoko kakovost bivanja. Prostori se na ta način odpirajo navzven, v naravo, narava pa vstopa v vsakodnevno bivanje in je s tem porok dobrega počutja bodočih lastnikov.

Novogradnja se bo ponašala s sodobnimi vgradnimi materiali, ki bodo med enotami zvočno-izolativni, navzven pa bodo zagotavljali odlično toplotno izolacijo za doseganje najvišjih energetskih kazalnikov .

Ogrevanje in priprava sanitarne tople vode bosta izvedeni s toplotno črpalko zrak-voda, z ločeno porabo za vsako posamezno enoto. Prezračevanje bo z centralno rekuperacijo. Tlaki v hodniku, kopalnicah, dnevnih toaletah, kolesarnicah in utility-ih bodo izvedeni v keramiki modernih dimenzij, tlaki v spalnih prostorih pa v parketu. V vseh prostorih bo urejeno talno gretje. Okna bodo troslojna, v leseni izvedbi iz smrekovega lesa z okovjem višje kakovosti s protipovesnim in protivlomnim sistemom.

Za senčenje so predvidene zunanje žaluzije na elektro pogon. Predpriprava bo za klimatizacijske naprave in možnost polnjenja električnih avtomobilov ter zunanji priključki za letno kuhino. Tudi vhodna vrata bodo protivlomna, ustrezne požarne in zvočne zaščite. Urejeni bodo vsi potrebni priključki na kanalizacijsko, vodovodno, električno in telekomunikacijsko omrežje.

Objekt bo funkcionalno zaokrožen z všečno zunanjo ureditvijo, ki bo poleg že omenjenega asfaltiranega parkirišča obsegala ograjeno in ozelenjeno teraso, do katere bo dostop tudi iz pritličja, preko panoramske steklene stene dnevno-bivalnega prostora. Terasa bo tlakovana z lesenimi oblogami in bo imela vodo in elektriko za potrebe letne kuhinje. Orientacija teras bo v smeri JZ-JV.

In the Moste district of Ljubljana, just a stone's throw from the city centre, construction is about to start on a new housing project called "Flats on the Green Bank".  The two modern duplex apartment buildings are modern and attractive in appearance.

The quiet and sunny location of the new building is close to a kindergarten, a school, a health centre, a pharmacy, a shop, a bus station and all other necessary infrastructure.

There will be four completely separate residential units in two separate buildings, with a shared, asphalted access. Two parking spaces will be provided in front of each building for parking purposes. The building has a modern architectural design with large window areas and a façade in light shades, which will be a trendy combination of different materials.

Each unit will comprise a ground floor, first floor and a utilised attic (P+N+Po) with a net volume of approximately 142.9 m2 per unit, with the ground floor being used for living and dining areas and the first floor and attic for sleeping and bathroom areas.

On the ground floor, in addition to a large bright space with living room, kitchen and dining room, there will also be a day bathroom and a convenient storage room and entrance hall. Access to the first floor and the attic will be via an internal staircase with parquet flooring. Each unit will have two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and utilities on the first floor and three bedrooms, a bathroom and a heating room in the attic.

We would particularly like to highlight the glazing in the living area, which, thanks to the large glass panoramic windows and doors, will let in plenty of natural daylight, thus ensuring a high quality of living. In this way, the rooms open outwards to nature, and nature enters into the daily living, thus guaranteeing the well-being of the future owners.

The new building will boast modern installation materials that will be sound-insulating between the units and will provide excellent thermal insulation externally to achieve the highest energy performance.

Heating and domestic hot water will be provided by an air-to-water heat pump, with separate consumption for each unit. Ventilation will be by central heat recovery. The flooring in the corridor, bathrooms, living rooms, cycling rooms and utility rooms will be ceramic flooring of modern dimensions, and the flooring in the sleeping rooms will be parquet flooring. Underfloor heating will be installed in all rooms. The windows will be triple-glazed, in pine wood with high quality fittings and an anti-theft and anti-burglar system.

Electrically operated external blinds are provided for shading. There will be a pre-installation for air-conditioning and the possibility of charging electric cars, as well as external connections for an annual kitchen. The front door will also be burglar-proof, with adequate fire and sound protection. All necessary connections to the sewerage, water, electricity and telecommunications networks will be provided.

The building will be functionally completed with a pleasing exterior layout, which, in addition to the aforementioned asphalted parking area, will comprise a fenced and greened terrace, which will also be accessible from the ground floor, via a panoramic glass wall in the living and living area. The terrace will be paved with wooden decking and will have water and electricity for the summer kitchen. The orientation of the terraces will be SW-SE.
